During the planning and entitlement phase, a series of investigations must be conducted.

For example, what is current zoning and land Use conditions? Can the zoning be changed to fit the project parameters?
If the answers are yes, the entitlements for your project begins. In order to complete the entitlement phase, you must manage the Community and Government relations. You must have strong construction design capacity that may have several redesign requirements.
